United Way Worldwide establishes disaster fund to aid Haiti

[Camarillo, CA] – The public can help people affected by the recent earthquake that hit the country of Haiti by donating to the United Way Worldwide Disaster Fund. Gifts to the fund go to support long-term recovery efforts to rebuild lives and infrastructures devastated by disaster and to address educational, financial and health-related challenges.

If you would like to mail a check instead on going online to make a donation to the Disaster Fund, checks should be sent to the following address (with the Fund reference in the memo line) to:

Note: United Way Worldwide instituted a 5% admin fee for donations to the Haitian Disaster Fund.
